The Branch Group Dashboard in Pulse
What HQ admins can see in the group dashboard: per-branch revenue snapshots, project health, staff activity, stock alerts, overdue invoices, and top performers across all locations.
Pulse · 16 Jun 2026
The group dashboard is the HQ-level overview of every branch. Instead of switching into each branch one by one to check on operations, admins can scan the key metrics for all locations from a single screen.
Who can see the group dashboard
The group dashboard is available to HQ admins and HQ staff who have been granted switcher access to at least one branch. It is only accessible from HQ context — switching into a branch session hides it. Branch staff do not have access to the group view.
Period filter
Choose a comparison window from the top of the dashboard: Last 30 Days, This Month, or Last 3 Months. All metrics across all branch cards update to reflect the selected period.
Per-branch snapshot cards
Each branch appears as a card with its assigned brand colour as a visual identifier. The snapshot shows:
- Revenue — total collected for the period, with a month-over-month percentage change indicator (up or down arrow with colour coding).
- Active Projects — count of projects currently in progress.
- Projects Added This Week — a quick indicator of whether new work is coming in.
- Staff Count — total team members at the branch.
- Staff Active in Last 7 Days — how many have logged activity recently, useful for spotting disengaged teams.
- Stock Value — combined value of current inventory at the branch.
- Low-Stock Alerts — count of inventory items at or below their reorder level.
- Overdue Invoice Balance — total outstanding value of overdue invoices, prompting follow-up.
- Overdue Milestones — count of project milestones that have passed their due date without being completed.
Recent activity feed
Each branch card also shows a recent activity feed listing the latest events: invoices created or paid, leads converted, project status changes, and similar activity. This gives HQ a live pulse on what each branch is doing without switching in.
Top performers
The group dashboard highlights top-performing team members across the group, ranked by the revenue attributable to closed deals within the period. This surfaces which reps or branch admins are driving results and can inform recognition, coaching, or resource decisions at HQ level.
What the group dashboard does not show
The group dashboard is read-only. You cannot take actions (like recording a payment or updating a project) from the group view — those require switching into the relevant branch. The dashboard is a monitoring and alerting tool, not a management interface.
Frequently asked questions
Can I compare two branches side by side?
The group dashboard shows all branches as individual cards in the same view, so you can compare them visually. There is no dedicated side-by-side comparison chart, but revenue and key metrics are shown consistently across all cards.
How often does the group dashboard data refresh?
Data loads when you open or navigate to the dashboard and when you change the period filter. There is no auto-refresh — use the page controls to reload when you need the latest figures.
