Can I customise the pipeline stages?
The seven pipeline stages (New, First Contact, Discovery, Proposal Sent, Negotiation, Won, Lost) are fixed in Pulse and cannot be renamed or reordered.
Does lead conversion automatically create an invoice?
No. Conversion creates the client user record and sends an invite. Invoices are created separately in the Invoices module and linked to the client.
